Returns
How returns, exchanges, and damaged items are handled at Lulumum.
We accept returns on individual products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email hello@lulumum.com. Approved returns will be refunded as store credits — we do not offer cash refunds. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Gift sets are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
All return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are borne by the customer. We recommend sending returns via registered or trackable mail as we are unable to be responsible for items lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@lulumum.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
